1 Bedroom, 1 Bath, Sleeps 2 with Queen Sized Inflatable Bed for Temporary Guests

Same view, same water, but a third of the price you would pay in St. Pete or Clearwater... The difference in our condo and some of the others for rent in the area, is that we have furnished it beautifully and made it comfortable for ourselves as well as our guests. Completely remodeled kitchen with new appliances. Brand new American Drew furniture throughout and a comfy king sized bed in the master bed room. All the linens and cookware are provided to make your extended stay comfortable. Olympic sized heated pool, pool table and ping pong in the recreation center as well as a modern gym with top of the line equipment. I know it is hard to rent sight unseen, but I guarantee you will not be disappointed. New listing and all months available. Due to the retired lifestyle of most of our residents and guests, Gulf island Beach and Tennis Resort is best suited for couples who prefer a quiet, relaxing vacation.

The Best vacation in Hudson, Florida!!!

We spent the most beautiful Christmas week there. Amazing views, nice neighbors. It really does look even better than at the pictures. The inside is decorated with a great taste. There is everything you might need during your long vacation : heated pool, tennis, bbq area outside, picturesque nature trails. The place is pet friendly which does make a big difference to us since we love travelling with our pet. This place will definitely leave unforgetable flashbacks in your memory.

This was an amazing place! We had a such a great get away! The pictures are great but it looks even better in person! We would definitely come back!! The owners were very friendly easy to work with also!!

My husband & i shared or 30th. annav. at this condo.we had a great time. The condo was even better
than it looked on the internet. And the view was awsome. We would have only been happier if we could have stayed longer, (and we stayed 7 days)The owners we awsome to work with as well. We will rent this same condo again !! Thanks again, jeff & patti
p.s. we saw dolphins almost evryday from our condo,it was awsome !

Lovely, Quiet condo

My husband & I flew from Toronto and enjoyed 9 delightful days at this condo. It was exactly as pictured - spotless and very well furnished. The owners communicated promptly with us and answered all our questions. This was our first time renting a condo - and we would certainly return to this location. The gated community of 3 condos was clean, quiet and well maintained inside & out.
The pool was fabulous and the people very friendly.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Pet-friendly, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, People with Disabilities, Romantic Getaway
