Being an efficiency with space limitations, this is most suited for a couple. a child can sleep on the pullout or you can fit a pack n play for an infant. Our unit comes with a fully equipped kitchen inclusive of stove with oven, refinished honey pine floors, queen size boxspring and mattress, extended cable TV, A/C, and a new full bath. Enjoy your enclosed private patio or cook/socialize in the common courtyard. Take a swim in our inground pool after a day at the beach. Why spend 20 to 25.00 per day to park at the beach when you can almost see it!! You can walk to a few restaurants from the condo and a short ride offers endless options for dining, golf, boating, and entertainment. If you are looking for the perfect beach location, look no further. The Delray Beach Condo community shows pride of ownership and is a wonderful place for a relaxing Cape Cod Vacation. Don't delay, book your 2013 vacation today! We have a strict 'no pet'/'no smoking' policy and you must be over the age of 21 to rent this property.
