This beautiful beachfront condominium is located on the third floor of the Tradewinds (generally regarded as one of the best maintained buildings on the island). This unit boasts a king-size master bedroom outfit, TV/VCR, and a connecting bath. The second bedroom includes twin beds and nearby full bathroom. Large living room-dining room combination includes a queen-sized leather sofa sleeper and a new 32-inch TV/DVD-VCR. All three rooms open to a large balcony overlooking the beach, swimming pool, and the Gulf of Mexico. Fully-equipped kitchen has updated appliances and open window to dining area. There is seating for six in the adjoining dinette area. Washer/Dryer facilities are just steps away down the hall. This pristine building displays a newly-remodeled first floor with an attractive lobby and social room. The heated outdoor pool just off the beach area is also newly-renovated. Marco Island is considered by many as the premier destination for vacationers in Southwest Florida.
