This charming cottage is located off Route 1, about 1 mile from Wells Beach on an 11-acre seasonal-cottage complex, The Seagull Inn and Condominiums. The complex features 2 swimming pools, spectacular ocean views, and a Wells Trolley stop. Nearby are beautiful beaches like Wells and Drake's Island, excellent restaurants including The Steakhouse, year-round outdoor activities such as nature walks at the Rachel Carson Wildlife Preserve, and fun attractions like miniature golf. Cottage #43 is just three years old, classically furnished and has all the comforts for your vacation 'home away from home'.

Located 83 miles north of Boston and 32 miles south of Portland, Wells is a gateway for your spring, summer, or fall vacations in Maine. A short drive away you can walk the Marginal Way in Ogunquit; ride the Ferris wheel at York's Wild Animal Kingdom and taste the great fried shrimp roll at the Fisherman's Catch at Wells Harbor. While at the harbor, use the public boat ramp for access to the ocean, experience an interesting fishing adventure, attend a seasonal festival. Drive 1 mile east of Cottage #43 to find the Atlantic Ocean. Head 25 miles south to shop for bargains at the Kittery Outlets. Travel a short distance west to discover farmland where you can purchase the tastiest farm-fresh produce, syrup, cheese, etc. When in Dayton, be sure to stop at Harris Farm for a bottle of fresh milk. Venture north to the city of Portland to take in a Seadogs Baseball Game or enjoy a harbor cruise to see seven Maine lighthouses. Relax when you return to Cottage #43, a gem in vacationland!
