Situated on the ground floor, our front line golf, luxury self-catering apartment offers uninterrupted views across the 3rd and 4th fairways of the splendidly tricky, Seve Ballesteros designed, Los Arqueros Golf Course. High quality furnishings have been specially imported from Bali. Fully air conditioned, the apartment comfortably sleeps 6 in 3 double rooms. There are two beautiful fitted bathrooms, one en-suite. For entertainment we offer SKY TV with sports channel, DVD, VCD, CD and WIRELESS INTERNET, plus a library of recent films and board games. The kitchen and laundry room are fitted with Bosch appliances: dishwasher, fridge freezer, oven, hob, microwave, washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board. The large terrace leads on to gardens overlooking the golf course and is well furnished for a holiday rental with awnings, sun beds, reclining chairs with coffee table and outside dining for six. There is 24-hour security, a built-in safe and underground car parking.

The Los Arqueros Golf and Country Club is wonderfully located to offer the best of both worlds. Set in 250 acres of landscaped grounds, it offers all the relaxation and golf you need for a holiday rental and has amazing views of the Mediterranean, Gibraltor and North Africa. The Clubhouse has a well equipped Pro-Shop, a driving range, professional tuition, a busy restaurant and bar that’s open in the day and evening. There’s also a gym, tennis, squash and paddle courts, a children's play area and an ATM machine. San Pedro, a small charming Spanish town is 5 minutes away, and a great place to eat out with lots of restaurants and cafes. It also has supermarkets, a weekly market, banks and the beach. Benahavis with its fab restaurants is also 5 minutes. Down the hill to the left (10 minutes) is Puerto Banus famous for its port, shopping, restaurants and night life and Marbella with its old town and fabulous restaurants is also nearby. You are also very close to Malaga and Sotogrande.

Our self-catering apartment is fully managed and will be thoroughly cleaned and aired prior to your arrival. We provide all linen and towels, including beach towels. Ski: The Sierra Nevada mountain range is within 2 and a half hours drive and offers excellent skiing and winter sports. You can be golfing in brilliant sunshine one day and on the ski slopes the next!

"We have had a wonderful holiday . Both the large and comfortable apartment
and the development of Los Arqueros were extremely pleasing. We enjoyed
tremendously dining on the terrace facing the golf, all the comfort needed
for a top class apartment and a very good position near the swimming pool,
though very quiet. My son also enjoyed cable TV, internet and your large dvd
selection.

We have enjoyed many holidays in Los Arqueros over last 6 years or so.
This is a gorgeous apartment in excellent position with terrace leading out to private garden area, and golf course beyond.
Apartment furnished very tastefully, definitely nicest we have came across in Los Arqueros. We have visted 3 times now, and looking forward to visiting again in future.
