  • 1 month minimum rental required by Crown Colony Community Association. Annual rates are negotiable.
  • Refundable deposit of $750 secures the reservation. 50% of rental payable 60 days before arrival and the remaining 50% is payable 15 days before arrival.Cleaning and management costs $250. Temporary membership of the Golf and Country Club is available and the Club charges $200 to transfer the membership. Florida Sales and Tourist Taxes of 11% apply for rentals of less than 6 months. Rentals may be paid by credit or debit card using Paypal. Credit card fee is 4%, debit card is free.
  • Rentals may be paid in US$, UK£ or Euros. Until confirmed by the owner, rental rates may change at any time without notice.

Notes: This 2400 square feet home is bright, spacious and has large rooms with full air-conditioning, heating, ceiling fans and copious storage. The comfortable Great Room has 2 sofas and recliner armchair, a bureau and an entertainment center, with 32-inch flat screen TV, DVD/VCR player and Sony CD, tape and radio system. Double sliding doors lead to the screened lanai at the rear which is furnished with a gas barbecue and an additional dining suite for 6 people. The 28' pool and spa allows plenty of space for relaxing and entertaining with a beautiful view over the golf course and lake.Casual chairs and loungers are also available. The fully-equipped kitchen includes a Whirlpool Gold double door fridge and freezer with indoor water and ice-maker and a breakfast bar with chairs. Next to the kitchen is the Morning Room with a dining suite seating 4 people. A separate utility room has Kitchen Aid washing machine and dryer, and links the kitchen with the double garage.

Just returned from a wonderful October in Fort Myers. The house is well equiped and maintained,whilst the solar heating kept the swimming pool at 89 F.We are not golfers but the course gave us a nice view and players were not intrusive. The bird life around the lake is almost as good as in a nature reserve.The location for shopping and tourist attractions cannot be bettered.This is our fouth visit to Fort Myers, but the first to this house. We hope to return!

The property is accurately described in the information and has a lovely outlook across the course and lake. It is beautifully presented, clean and offers all one could wish for to make your stay a comfortable one. The pool now has solar heating and was a joy to use. As we were not golfers we are unable to comment on the course other than to say it looked immaculate and was attended to daily. The golfers were not at all intrusive and were an interesting diversion.
The owners provide you with excellent customer service. The information provided by them regarding both the property and the local area is extensive and helps gets your holiday off to a good start.
We have stayed in Fort Myers several times before and enjoy each visit. The house is ideally located to visit attractions such as the Edison Ford Estate and the Everglades, as well as excellent gulf coast beaches. The sunsets at Fort Myers Beach are spectacular.
Would we go again - definately.

A Month in Paradise

The villa is in an excellent location and all as described. Very clean and fully equipped, with every comfort of home. If you have the energy there are even bicycles provided! It's location on a gated community provides additional peace of mind.
The owner provides a wealth of information and guidance to make your stay both enjoyable and memorable. If any problems do arise, both the owner and the local agent deal swiftly and efficiently.
The villa's location overlooking a small lake and part of the golf course provides for peace and quiet when "chilling out" by the pool. The hot tub was a particlar delight in November! Even if not a "golfer", play is never intrusive.

For those new to the area the villa provides easy access to a wide range of shops and of course the beautiful beaches of Sanibel and Captiva. Lakes Park is nearby and we worth a visit. There are nunerous restaurants in the area to suit all budgets. A list of "good" restaurants and other attractions is thoughfully provided in the villa.
The ultimate question- would we rent this villa again?? Already booked for 2009 and planning 20101. Enjoy.

This property was superior to the description. The owner has all details covered and home is fully equipped, but the best part of all is the owners personal attention and communications to the lessor.
It has a beautiful view of the golf course and pond from the lanai and pool.
Shopping and restaurants are close and convenient.
We were there for October 2008. WPR
