Brand new townhome located within a safe gated community, sleeps up to 10 people with use of community swimming pool, clubhouse including gym and movie theatre, tennis courts and children's play area. Situated 6 miles east of Disney our home is within easy reach of Florida's most popular attractions including SeaWorld, Epcot, Islands of Adventure, Universal Studios, Magic Kingdom. With speciality shops, shopping malls and factory outlets, shopping outlets, golf courses, restaurants and all the family entertainment you would expect within easy reach. Our home is fully equipped with everything that you will need for a perfect family holiday to Florida. The beautiful beaches of Clearwater and Busch Gardens are around a two hour drive away. Of course Kennedy Space Centre and Daytona beach are also within close reach. This townhome is brand new and the prices we are offering are absolutely unbeatable.

Car: recommended
Disney World itself is only a short drive, 10 minutes. The Club Cortile Complex is right next to the US 192 and this road takes straight in to Disney. Old Town Disney is on the US 192 which is a few minutes drive. You can walk to Old Town if you wish. Universal Studios & International Drive are about 20 minute drive. Florida Shopping Mall also is about 20 minutes drive and the Prime Shopping outlet is about the same distance. On the US 192 there are many restaurants: steak houses, seafood, fast food and Chinese. If you are a seafood lover we highly recommend Joe's Crab Shack. There are plenty of breakfast buffet restaurants (all you can eat for around $2.99). 2 mins away is the famous Walmart supermarket (which in the UK is part of Asda but much cheaper!). They sell everything and are open 24 hours! On the corner of our road which is called Seven Dwarf Lane there is a waffle house which is open from early morning to late at night.

There is also a separate dining area for family meals. The kitchen is equipped with all appliances including cooker, fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher and waste disposal unit. We want you to have a great holiday: The Orlando area provides many activities for all ages and all interests. Our luxury townhome is in the heart of it all! Disney World - 5 miles: Disney features such parks as Magic Kingdom, Animal Kingdom, Blizzard Beach, Hollywood Studios and Pleasure Island. The Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure are 12 miles away, SeaWorld 8 miles. Busch Gardens - Tampa is worth a day trip. You can also visit Clearwater and the beautiful Gulf Beaches! Kennedy Space Center, on Florida's East Coast, is also easily done in 1 day. And while you are there, check out beaches and surf shops on the Atlantic coast.

The accomodations are much more preferrable than expected!

My family and I, 6 of us total, were very comfortable with this condo. No elbow bumping. No waiting for the bathroom. No noisy neighbors. No loud road traffic. The condo had more room than expected; the pictures don't convey enough of how much room there is. Practically worry free. Kick back and relax.

The area was peaceful and well maintained. The location to the parks was, although a little distant, was acceptable because access to the main roads are right there; 20 to 30 minutes to any park. Local shopping was plentiful and with the Wal-Mart around the corner, we were able to stock up on groceries for the entire week. And if you wanted to eat out, there was plenty of good local eats.

All in all this was an excellent experience. You can either stay at a hotel with a small room for a bunch of money per night or stay here for much less and be comfortable and satisfied with your accomodations.

If your budget is tight then you would be making a good choice by staying here. We would definately want to stay here when we come back. With a family of 6, it's important to get the most for your money and to us this was like hitting the jackpot!

Affordable Disney Accomadations

We found the condo to be very clean and nicely furnished. we were able to fit our family of eight in the two queen bedrooms and two twin bedrooms very nicely. If we had not found this on the net we would have rented two hotel rooms with just two queen beds. It would have cost us much more for the hotel rooms than it did for this condo and we had so much more room to spread out. We also ate breakfast there each morning which was a big savings for us.

The large tub in the master bedroom was a big hit with the children and they also liked the swimming pool and playground.

We enjoyed the mix of restaurants and the shopping in the area. We all liked the Macaroni Grill Restaurant.

The condo was close enough to Disney that we were able to return and nap the kids during the hot afternoon and return for more rides and late night fireworks.


I would return if doing Disney or Universal again and have reccommended it to our friends.
