We had an excellent week at the lake! You have a lovely home and your price is fair. The pontoon boat was loads of fun. I have to admit, I was a little worried when I first saw the age and condition of the boat. In fact, I fell in lake the first night when I grabbed the railing on the back left corner and it came off. Everybody got a good laugh (except me). But, the boat ran well and performed like a champ. We fished, explored and pulled a tube every day. It was large enough for 8 people to all fish at the same time. We caught bass, crappie, catfish and lots monster blue gill. Had a big fish fry one night and still brought about 5 pounds of fillets home.
Thanks for making your home available. . We looked at a few of the other homes on the market while we were there and realized just how many updates you (or somebody) have done to your home. We would go back in a heartbeat.
