This is new construction with modern features; 10 foot ceilings downstairs, open family/dining/kitchen area, bathrooms for each bedroom, decks on both levels (screened on lower), beautiful river view, two car parking garage, hardwood floors, granite countertops, well-equipped kitchen, baby gates, outlet covers, books, games, and videos for the kids. The is a queen-sized bed, a 4 person bunk bed (single, top, double base, and single trundle) in the upstairs front room, and a master suite with a king-sized bed, seating area, double vanity sinks, separate shower and jacuzzi, and large walk-in closet. There is a deck off the master as well, with beautiful marsh and river views. There are TVs in every bedroom. laundry is upstairs. We have a gas grill, a gas fireplace, ambient lighting and flat screen TV over the fireplace and in the master. Property has a private pool on the river, deep water community docks, good fishing, with gazebo. The beach is short 3 block walk town only 1 1/2 blocks.

The home is located only 9 miles away from Historic Charleston where fine dining, aquarium, and the cobblestone streets of old Charleston awaits you. The cool beach town of Folly is a short 1 1/2 block walk away and has several restaurants from Tapas to Pizza and everything in between. There are several fishing guides available for backwater fishing, fly or spinning, speckled trout or redfish or go off shore for Tuna, Dolphin, Billfish. The newly refurbished beach is just 3 blocks away and Folly has several surf shops to rent boogie and/or surf boards. Some beach equipment is available at out home.

Great family fun

Our family had a great time. The house is in a great location for getting to the beach, getting to places to eat and looking around Folly. The house is in good shape and is very comfortable. The layout of the house and location is perfect. My parents stayed downstairs while me and my family were up stairs. The kids room was perfect for our girls and they were able to get much needed rest after a hard day of playing. I would recommend this house and location to any of my friends. Looking for our next trip to Folly!
Owner's Response: I'm so glad you had a great time. We took a lot of care to create a comfortable home. My mother in law sleeps downstairs too!

Family Beach Trip

This place was wonderful!!! My husband & I took our three children and were extremely comfortable. We loved having a full kitchen, but definteity took advantage of being able to walk to lots of fun restaurants. We could have walked to the beach, as well, but preferred to drive to the county beach at the far end of the island. It was great to have access to a pool, too. My husband had fun fishing off the dock as well as going out with a great guide recommended by the owners. We will be back for sure!!!!
Owner's Response: We try hard to make it feel like home and we love staying there ourselves. Folly is such a great place to hang out, it has something for everyone.

Loved the location of this property! Within short walking distance of town (restaurants, shops, post office, etc.) and the beach. The complex pool and dock are situated nicely on the Folly River. Very well maintained with nice decor and furniture. We will definitely be back!

This place was a blast! I loved having both the beach and the pool. Also the baby gates came in handy. We had the best time here... and SO will you.

We stayed at the condo with our 4 year old twins and grandma and an uncle for Labor Day weekend 2008. The condo is lovely - so nice that we are considering going to stay there again this year. The swimming pool was very nice to have with small children and we all loved the screened in porch. Folly Beach is a nice spot - several good restaurants on pedestrian-friendly strip which is a short walk from the condo, nice beach (5 - 10 minute walk from condo). Highly recommended.
