First floor beamed ceiling & sliding glass door entrances from living & dining areas onto 160 sq ft screen porch overlooking unspoiled conservation land. Gas fired stove for cozy evenings. Telephones, answering machine, and wifi. Cable TV + DVD player upstairs and down, downstairs stereo with iPod connector, upstairs boombox. DVDs, CDs, books, games. Dishwasher. Washer/dryer in complex. Two parking places. Serene retreat for romance, contemplation, study, or art, Restaurants nearby. Two blocks to public beach or motel with pool and evening movies. Hop on shuttle to Herring Cove or Race Point beaches, or bring bicycles and explore the dune paths. Pleasant walk or quick bike ride to town.
