Island Condo is located at the Nautical Estates, on the sixth fairway of the golf course, with beautiful views of city and marina, next to the Nautical Inn. This unit has been recently remodeled, having a new kitchen, flooring 20 x 20 feet deck with wet bar, 3 televisions, 2 car garage, barbeque grill, locked gate, ample parking, and is next to 2 launch areas on island. The Island has been an area for swimming, walking, sun bathing, basketball and volleyball. There is a boardwalk across the channel to the London Bridge. There is a fishing dock for the public at the end of the island There are six restaurants on the island. A four mile walking or jogging path across the street from the condo. The major shopping area is just across the London bridge about a mile away. It is a non-smoking and no pet unit. This is the right unit, to get a good feel for all Lake Havasu activities.

The Island is where most activities for the city are staged. The condo is next to the marina and golf course. There are two launch areas on the Island (marina and site 6 approx. 1/4 mile away). There is a park with includes (swim area, picnic tables, boardwalk, basketball court, restrooms and parking) I great view of Lake and London Bridge. The unit is located next to Nautical Inn and a walking or jogging path right out your front door. If you go over London Bridge, all your shopping needs are just across bridge.

Great place. The management office had poor customer service at the The office lady was distracted and continued to accept calls while helping me. She was slow. She would begin a personal conversation with whoever walked in while she was supposed to be helping me. There was a problem with the credit card I reserved the place on and instead of helping me to resolve the issue with a simple phone call she made the process take an hour. I will use another service next time. The place was great!
