Welcome to the Penthouse of Saida Royale Beach and Tennis Club, one of the most inclusive beachfront resorts on South Padre Island. This 15th floor corner condo is beautiful, well appointed and spacious. It has 2 bedrooms, each with a full private bath plus a separate powder room. With 9 foot ceilings throughout, the condo has an airy, open feeling. All rooms have floor to ceiling windows with spectacular views of the Gulf of Mexico and the Laguna Madre Bay. There are 2 balconies - the one off of the living room is perfect for watching the morning sun with your favorite beverage in hand. The second balcony however, will simply take your breath away. As you step out onto the large private rooftop patio, you are overwhelmed by the sweeping view. Immediately your senses are aware of the crashing ocean waves to the east or the sun fading into the Laguna Madre bay to the west. Sunrise to sunset. Read, sunbathe, watch the pelicans float by, enjoy dinner, watch the stars.

As of November 2006, the brand new kitchen was completed with granite countertops and new appliances. The kitchen is fully equipped including a washer/dryer, blender, toaster and coffee maker. While at Saida Royale Beach and Tennis Club you can enjoy 3 pools, one of which is heated in the winter, 3 hot tubs (one adult only), 4 tennis courts, a shuffleboard court, outdoor showers, a cabana bar (in season) and a Talapa Café (in season). The complex provides boardwalks from the pool area to the beach and has a 24-hour gated entrance booth. Saida Royale Beach and Tennis Club is very close to the bridge and makes getting on and off the island a nearly traffic-free experience. There are over 32 restaurants on the island from casual to elegant and in all price ranges. Please call or email with any questions.

We found this Penthouse to be of very good condition and quality. furnishings were quality throughout. The kitchen was very well equipped with all the utensils we needed plus some. Bath towels were of the luxury class not normally found except in the very best hotels.

The one small problem we encountered during our 4 week stay was taken care of the same day by the owners .

Overall, we couldn't have been happier with the place or the owners.
