The entire balance of the rental, tax and security is to be paid in full 60 days prior to scheduled arrival date. Checks returned for insufficient fund, etc. will be charged $35.00. Balance of payments are non-refundable unless I am able to re-book for same dates. The non-refundable deposit can be used one time to book future dates. The security deposit is refundable should you cancel.

Nick - what a great vacation experience! You thought of everything! The directions, places of interest and general tips you provided were extremely helpful. The house was clean and very well-maintained. Our kids and my Dad really enjoyed the game room and my husband and I really loved the pool and spa - especially after a long day at the parks! Thanks for everything!
