About Seneca Lake:
The second deepest lake east of the Mississippi as measured by its depth below sea level, Seneca is over 600 feet deep and three miles across in front of our cottage. At 38 miles long, it is the second longest of the Finger Lakes in Upstate New York, perfect for power-boating, fishing, sailing, swimming, canoeing, kayaking, sailboarding, and other water sports.
We do not have a dock or boat lift at the moment, but you may launch your powerboard or sailboat at several marinas within a ten- or fifteen-minute drive. (See 'Area Attractions' for more information.)
