Hidden Treasure in Old Town Romantic Vallarta

I stayed at this condo for the New Year’s holiday week with my family we were all very pleased with the size of the bedrooms and the kitchen had everything we needed to make family meals. The security of the condo was my main concern when renting a condo in México. My family and I felt very safe, and completely satisfied that we are in a location that offered someone on site to kept an eye on the property. The central location was great as well we found easy access from the downtown area and one of the main highways as well.

To be honest I was a little unsure about staying outside the typical tourist areas of Puerto Vallarta. Choosing Rio Cuale condos turned out to be an excellent decision. We loved staying there. Roberto was there to greet us and the condo was ready for our stay. Very clean and with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Any questions we asked were answered immediately. The condo is very cool at night. We actually needed an extra blanket. Amazing. There are a few people on the roof everyday getting sun, reading and relaxing.



The condo is much better in real life, than in the photos. Very good internet, tv and well stocked kitchen. You are only 300 yards from the best fruit, vegetable and meat markets in Vallarta. The neighbourhood is fascinating. So many little places to discover. Great little restaurants and bars. The #4 bus at the end of the street goes right to the beach and runs every 10 minutes or so. 2 blocks in the other direction is a bus to Walmart or Costco. The whole experience of staying there exceeded my expectations by a mile. Many Thanks to Jakob and his team for making our stay there everything anyone could want. Extremely good value

The master Bedroom is a decent size with loads of closet space
and the bed is very comfortable. The 2nd bedroom is very small has a good bed and also large closet space. Laundry washer & dryer are free for all occupants and is located on the rooftop patio along with the dipping pool and other amenities.

The only possible drawback (not for us) it's not in the tourist area but you can walk to the Melechon (BEACH) in about 30 minutes. Local bus service is excellent but roads are in bad shape so the ride can be very bumpy but the cost is an average is $.50 (yes 50 cents US. Taxis are always available).
The really great thing is the is not in the tourist area. 10 minutes walk to the greatest local Markets. IE: Veggies & Fruit, Fish, Butchers. Local mom & pop restaurants plus others from Italian to German. Local family run street vendors serving some of the Best tacos, El Pastor, fresh shrimp or fish to name only a few.
There were 3 of us and we ate breakfast out nearly every day for around $10- $12 american dollars total including coffee and or sodas.
If you are looking to more than just a vacation this place is a perfect fit but .with the local culture.
