This beautifully maintained clean cozy cottage is just steps from the white sandy beach on pristine Newfound Lake. Enjoy the breathtaking views from the large wrap around deck. Nestled next to Black Brook you can hear the trickling sounds of nature. There is plenty of room to relax or play on the large front lawn and 100 foot beach. The open concept of this newly renovated cottage allows for views of the lake from inside as well as outside. One of New Hampshire's best kept secrets is Newfound Lake and it is sure to leave lasting memories for your vacation. It has for my family... Thanks Dad for my memories growing up camping at newfound lake.

*Recently winterized for the ski season nice warm and cozy gas and wood stove/ just minutes from ski mountains ragged 20 minutes and gunstock 40minutes

Nearest Airport : Manchester, NH at 60 Miles

Located in Bristol, NH the cottage is nestled in a nicely manicured lot just off a country dirt road and directly on Newfound Lake. There is no street to cross to get to the beach. Many local events and festival's are in the area during the summer months. Relax in the local area enjoying boating, swimming and hiking or travel a short distance for other activities. Located just twenty minutes from Lake Winnepesaukee and fifteen minutes from Plymouth, NH there are many other attractions in the area. Polar Caves, Ruggles Mine, and Weirs beach/fun spot are just a few points of interest.

Our stay here was the best vacation we have ever had. We found the cottage to be charming and the location was perfect. We felt right at home and settled right in. The property is well kept and clean. The owner was very friendly and provided us with answers to all of our questions.
We found our stay very peaceful and relaxing. We would recommend this cottage to anyone.

This cottage was in a nice peacefull location with beautifull views of the lake and mountains right from the large deck. The cottage was clean and cozy with updated amenities. The newly built sitting room with large windows all the way around off the deck was a joy to sit and relax in. The very short walk to the beach and crystal clear water is breathtaking.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Pet-friendly, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, People with Disabilities, Romantic Getaway
