The first floor has a combined living room, kitchen and dining area with a wood burning stove and sliding doors opening onto a spacious 16' x 35' deck overlooking the bay. A full size bath (with tub) is also located on the first floor. The second floor has two bedrooms, one with a queen size bed and the other with a full and one twin size bed. There is a full basement with washer and dryer and an outdoor enclosed shower with hot and cold running water. Enjoy world class sailing and boating, beach, fishing, art galleries and antiquing.
