Cute Cottage Gem with Perfect Location

We visit P'town all the time and often we stay in larger home rentals with other couples. This time it was just the two of us and I must say that 12 1/2 Mechanic Street is pretty unbeatable.
The location in the West End is phenomenal. We picked up bikes for trail riding and the beach but rarely needed them for town. It was faster to walk than to ride in and lock up the bikes in most cases. It's just a couple of streets west of Perry's Wine Shop if that helps, landmark wise.
The cottage is spotless, well-appointed and thoughtfully organized from a spatial standpoint. I had concerns about the loft before I got there but it turned out to be cozy and a non-issue.
We struggled at times to connect to the local WiFi but worst case, Joe's is just down the street with free WiFi and great coffee.
One of the best features of this little home is the front patio / deck. It's a great place to read a book, drink your morning coffee or relax with friends over a beer.
Highly recommend this place -- particularly during the good weather months -- if you are solo or a couple and want an easy, charming cottage near the heart of town. Great stuff and the landlord, Steve, could not have been nicer or easier to work with...
