Quintessential Nantucket with classic architecture, brick sidewalks and picket fences. A 5 bedroom, 4 ½ bath home with 3 levels of living space in the beautiful community of Naushop. Includes privileges to private community clubhouse, pool, play area and tennis courts. 2 miles to multiple beaches, 2 miles to town, and easy access to shuttle bus and new bike path.

This charming property is beautifully decorated with cottage style cherry and pine furniture. 1st floor family room with wood fireplace and DVD/flat screen TV system. Stainless steel kitchen with open floor plan with breakfast seating and 10 person dining room. 1st floor office with computer/printer, internet access, TV/DVD. 2nd floor consists of master king bedroom suite (TV/DVD) with spa shower, queen guest bedroom (TV) with private bath and jack/jill 2 twin bedrooms (2 twin beds in each room) with shared full bath. 3rd floor 2 twin bedroom with play area, TV/DVD and private bath. Outdoor shower, patio and grill.

This is the 2nd summer that my family has stayed in this beautiful home! Both visits, we have come for 3 weeks with another family and love how spacious the house is. With 5 large bedrooms and 4 full baths, there is plenty of room for everyone! The outdoor shower is perfect after a day at the beach and my husband uses the office when he needs to work from the island. The pool and tennis courts are extremely convenient and a wonderful addition to the island activities. Naushop is right on the bike path and allows easy access to the beach and town. The house is stocked with everything you need for an extended stay. We have stayed in 5 different houses in Naushop and this one is by far the best!!

spectacular home

This home is truly amazing. It has everything you could ask for in a rental...spacious, clean, great amenities, location, lovely decorating. We have two small children (1 and 3) and also had both our sets of parents join us for our vacation. There was plenty of room for all of us. The access to the pool was great as well as the proximity to the bus line. While we were staying at the home, the was the threat of Nantucket taking a direct hit from a hurricane. The owners were so great, making sure that everything was anchored down outside and letting us know we could stay an extra day if we couldn't get off the island. Thankfully it turned out to be a tropical storm and we didn't need to take them up on there offer.

We LOVE this home!! The owners have thought of everything!
This house was fully equipped with all of our needs from the kitchen to the media room, bedrooms and bathrooms. We felt very comfortable and right at home in this wonderful Nantucket house!
Beautiful art work through out. Well decorated and spacious rooms. Very clean and well maintained. Everything in the house looks like new. Very kid friendly.
Our two children (5&7) had a great time!
We look forward to our next stay in your beautiful home.

A perfect home

4 couples spent a week at this wonderful home, enjoying all aspects of this home. The rooms are all great, they are large and wonderfully decorated and comfortable. We cooked in several evenings and the kitchen had everything we needed. The back yard is peaceful. Everyone loved the great room couch- comfy! The location is great, centrally located. It was our first time to Nantucket and we all enjoyed!

Absolute Nantucket!!!

We have spent several summers in Nantucket, always renting in Naushop because of its close proximity to the beaches, local food markets and town, (it's also on the "shuttle" route, which makes it great for our teenged kids). We found this property to be extremely well appointed, inside and out! From the generous sized and tastefully decorated living spaces and bedrooms, to the beautifully landscaped backyard, complete with a wonderful gas grill, large table and plenty of chairs...a perfect setting for an evening of "fresh" lobster from a local seafood market. After spending the day at one of the many beaches, we'd wash the sand off in the great outdoor shower and make our way into town for an evening of fine dining, or even casual fare...afterwards, exploring the many shops lining the streets of Nantucket. For those evenings we opted to stay in Naushop, we found the kitchen to be superbly equipped with everything one might need to prepare an Island "feast"...and then some! Kudos to the owner!! Absolutely a wonderful property...
