This single home at the Village at Bear Trap Dune is a beautiful, warm, and inviting place that is nestled on a 4th green of Black Bear golf course and easily accessible to Bethany Beach. The Bear Trap Golf course is a wonderful 27 hole dream filled with water-filled layouts, rolling dunes, and wooed holes as well. The pavilion at Bear Trap Dunes gives a true feeling of a resort living. It has tennis courts, two outdoor pools, indoor pool with two dry saunas and a large whirpool. It also has exercise rooms with state of the art equipments. They also offer tennis lessons and children's programs in the summer. The house has TVs and DVD/VCR players in each room, and the kitchen is fully equipped with any cooking needs. It also has beach chairs, umbrellas, surf boards, charcoal grill, and two children's bikes.
