Our beautiful home is situated in the Rolling Hills Estate, one of the closest communities to the Theme Parks and just 5 minutes drive to Disney and only 2 minutes to local shops and restaurants catering for all tastes and budgets and 3 minutes from the fabulous Mystic Dunes Gold course. We offer a 60” TV with 200 channels inc. HBO. Air conditioned game room with pool table, foosball & table tennis tables. Swimming pool & in-ground spa surrounded by a MASSIVE screened deck for sunbathing all day, very private and overlooking a beautiful pond so No Rear Neighbours! Overhead fan in covered Lanai, poolside gas BBQ for alfresco dining with two outside tables & chairs with plenty of comfortable lounger's. Elegant Formal Lounge and Dining Room with Stereo Radio & CD player with ADDITIONAL Family Room with pool & pond view, large 60” Cable TV, HBO & DVD player with a library of films on DVD for children and family entertainment and a Breakfast Nook overlooking the pool & pond

Just wanted to say how much we enjoyed our stay at your home in June 2007. The home was very clean, furnished well and in a great location. This was our 10th trip to disney and one of the best. We had two very minor issues and your management company responded almost immediately. We hope to rent from you on one of our future trips and will be recommending your home to our friends. We stayed at this villa in June 2009 and had a wonderful time. The villa had everything we needed and more!! This was our 6th trip to Orlando, but our first stay at this villa and was the best for amenities and location, Disney within 10 mins. We were a party of 3 families, 11 bodies in all and there was plenty of room, even when you wanted a quiet time!! Would highly recommend
