Golf, Tennis, Swimming, and fun! Vacation in a luxurious, two bedroom, two bath, plus den, upper corner unit with covered parking. Spring Run is an award winning Brooks community complex, in Southwest Florida, just north of Naples. Spring Run is a gated country club community with a private eighteen hole, par seventy-two, championship golf course, with five sets of tees. Off Season - May through October, play for cart fees only at Over Forty participating reciprocal clubs! This non-smoking unit offers an outstanding view that overlooks the sixth tee and the 7th fairway and includes all the amenities you would expect from a newly built golf community. The living area has 2 sofas so you can comfortably watch the entertainment center which is equipped with a TV with cable, VCR and DVD. There is a twelve foot glass opening onto the screened lanai giving you a panoramic view of the golf course. There is a glass top table in the dining room for a more formal dining experience.

The kitchen is fully-equipped with a ceramic cook top, built in microwave and dishwasher. Everything you need to prepare your meals is provided except the food. A full-size washer and dryer are also conveniently located in the unit. There is just a short walk to the pool with sauna, and BBQ grills. A $212 golf membership transfer and $100 non-refundable application fee, provides you and your spouse access to the club facilities such as eighteen-hole golf course, aquatic driving range, putting green, fitness center, plus clubhouse restaurant with food and beverage service, pro shop and tennis facilities. Enjoy shopping at Miromar Outlets, the Promenade, or bike to the new Coconut Point Mall. Downtown Naples is only twenty minutes away. This location is half way between Fort Myers and Naples and is only 15-20 minutes from the airport. The beach is a short drive. Pets are not permitted.
