Ample parking- leave car at home since groceries, entertainment, shopping, restaurants a 2 minute walk into downtown Seaside; Watercolor Publix 5 minute walk as well. 9. Located along the northern Florida Gulf coast, our new home sits 30ft above sea level on huge sand dunes overlooking the Gulf. We are centrally located on Scenic Rt.30A immediately adjacent to the famous new urbanism community of Seaside- Truman Show movie with Jim Carey filmed here. Within a few minutes from our homes along 30A are the prestigious communities of Watercolor, Old Seagrove, Grayton Beach, Rosemary Beach, Watersound, Paradise By The Sea, and Alys Beach. Bike paths connect all of these luxurious beach communities. Destin and Panama City are equal distance (20 min.) from us.
