Welcome to this large (1900 sq. feet) three bedroom, ocean view, duplex with pool, Sandstep unit. If you are interested in quality and cleanliness this premier property is ideal for a 'fun in the sun' family vacation. This beautiful first-floor unit is located just across a narrow street from the beach with ocean views from the front and harbor views from the back. The unit is beautifully furnished and has a great entertainment area that features hardwood floors, a large fully-equipped kitchen (ocean view), adjoining dining and family rooms. The family room has a 37 inch HD LCD TV. After dinner set back and relax on a plantation rocker located on the deck just off the dining room while the kids are occupied with four TV's with DVD. Wireless high-speed internet is also included. There is storage for beach supplies and a covered outside shower is available for rinsing off when coming off the beach.

This was a wonderful beach house for a family vacation. The owners were wonderful to work with, the home was clean, spacious and beautiful. The kitchen was fully equipped to make all of our meals and the short walk to the beach was easy, just across the street. The beaches were breathtaking and plenty to do in the surrounding area. A definate must for any family!

Carolina beach Condo Spring Vacation

The condo was beautiful, spacious and very clean. We had a great time. The rooms were beautifully decorated and large enough to accommodate all of us on the vacation. The lovely kitchen was fully stocked to make creating meals easier. We will want to return next year. The owners were a joy to work with as everything went smoothly. The flow of the home was great as we could not hear our teenagers watching television in their room while we relaxed in the family room. The walk to the beach was short ( across the street).
