Location, Location, Location!! Harborwalk Cottage is located at 206 Bath Street, Santa Barbara, Ca in the most desirable and exclusive area of Santa Barbara at West Beach. We are just two short blocks up from the beach between Stearn's Wharf (Pier) and the Santa Barbara Harbor. It's just a short stroll down to the beach or over to downtown State Street for great shopping and world class dining. Just leave your car and walk to just about everything. The Cottage comes with a large private yard and has been furnished to meet every requirement for a relaxing beach vacation. The cottages come with beautiful linens, TV, VCR, DVD, stereo, and books along with your own washer/dryer and barbecue. Truly a home away from home. Most pets are Welcome. We have a 1 BEDROOM COTTAGE ALSO AVAILABLE FROM $899.00 PER WEEK!

Additional Info:: The cottage has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The cottage has a very rare private yard. The yard faces south so you get sunlight all day. The cottage also has a large deck that is over 200 sq ft in size. It has a patio table and chairs for six, a chaise lounge for relaxing and a barbecue for grilling. The yard has a beautiful garden of tropical palms, shade trees and a lush green lawn. The yard is great choice if you have active kids or a pet. The cottage is light and airy as sunlight soaks the inside of the cottage through French doors that lead to the deck and yard. The kitchen is modern and bright with new cabinets and appliances. The living room, dining room, and bedroom all have oak hardwood flooring throughout. The cottage also has its own separate washer and dryer, a microwave and ironing board. A queen size sleeper sofa allows the cottage to accommodate up to Six people.

The cottage is a great choice if you desire a central location with private outdoor spaces for both kids & pets and is within walking distance to both the beach and shopping downtown.

My family and I rented all three apartments available at this property and they were simply perfect!! They gave us the privacy we needed, yet the proximity we all wanted to one another. Each apartment had a light-filled outdoor space which we fully utilized, and all apartments were clean and and extremely comfortable. The location is great too! We'd definitely rent these properties again.

I stayed in this cottage and Stephanie was absolutely awesome. She was helpful and available at any time if we had questions. The property was nice and cozy. It was comfortable and peaceful and I felt like i was in my own home. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone and hopefully when I visit Santa Barbara I can stay there again. The location was in walking distance to all of the hot spots of the beach and downtown. The private yard was great for relaxing and barbecues. We loved it!!!

The accomodation was better than the pictures, Stephanie was very helpful and friendly. Lilac cottage was clean and cosy with a great deck, sunlounger, table and chairs and BBQ. Furniture and decor was lovely, plenty of towels. The beach was one block away and State street was also in walking distance. We chose the property for the location because we only had one car between 4 adults so needed to be in walking distance. It was almost the perfect place to stay and I would highly recommend it. The only problem we had was one member of our party was woken up early each morning by the train horn but the rest of us hardly heard it. There was not quite enough sofa seating in the lounge for 4 adults (one person had to sit on one of the chairs from the deck if I remember rightly).
