Our town home is 2500 square feet with two decks that overlook the Lagoon. Our unit sleeps ten comfortably. Three bedrooms have queen-size beds and private bathrooms. The fourth bedroom/den has two full-size futons, a pool table and a bathroom. A comfortable queen pull-out sofa bed is in the spacious living room.
The combined living-dining-kitchen area is a gathering place for sitting by the fire, watching TV or a movie or playing cards or games on our huge dining table with eight chairs.
The large kitchen is fully equipped for every type of meal preparation. Kitchen appliances include, microwave, 2 coffee makers, blender and toaster. Safeway and Wal-mart are within walking distance.
Linens are provided, including sheets, pillows and blankets, bath and kitchen towels, as well as pool towels. A portable crib and high chair are also provided.
