Notes: The kitchen is well equipped with utensils, pots & pans, dishes, containers, coffee pot, toaster, blender, etc. The unit has a small desk for computer hookup and phone. There's a coin operated washer/dryer on each floor. You can access the condo by steps or by elevator. A covered assigned parking space is provided with the condo rental. Extra parking passes can be obtained through the office. A full time office manager is on the premises to provide any assistance you might need during your visit. There is also a storage unit for each condo and this is where beach chairs and umbrellas are stored. A footwash is located at each walkway to the condominium. There are no pets allowed on the property. This smaller 4 story condominium building provides privacy and a peaceful, pleasant atmosphere.

Beach: Siesta Beach is just across the street (there is a crosswalk). You have direct access to one of the top beaches in the World. It's a great place to build a sandcastle, look for dolphins, watch sailboats on the horizon, fish, swim, play, and relax. If you want a snack, the beach pavilion is a 5 minute walk away and has a snack bar, ice cream, and restrooms. Take a walk on the beach and you're likely to find a sand dollar. Go to the beach at sunset and you'll find a spectacular view of the sun melting into the Gulf of Mexico. Sit back, enjoy and take it all in!

Entertainment: You'll find lots to do in the area. Nearby towns are fun to explore. Sarasota is centrally located in Florida and you can plan day trips to nearby attractions. Florida's many parks and recreation areas provide a real 'taste of Florida.' If you love seafood, you'll find wonderful restaurants with great ambiance. We found this Sunset Royale property to be exactly as advertised. The property was close to the beach (which was absolutely beautiful and our end was never busy), had all the amenities we needed, a very nice view, wonderfully equipped (those beach chairs were wonderful), quiet, and very clean. We went to get away and that's exactly what we did. It was a very relaxing place to stay. The location of the condo was wonderful as it was close enough to the access way to Sarasota and to the downtown Siesta Key marketplace. We did nothing but go to the beach and hang out in the condo and had a fabulous time. We highly recommend staying at this property to anyone and plan on staying again in the future. The property owners were also a big help by sending us information about Siesta Key and a list of recommended restaurants. Also, the property manager was a big help and recommended a fishing company to go fishing with - which we also recommend, The Flying Fish Fleet in Sarasota. Thank you for sharing your wonderful place with us!
Owner's Response: When we purchased the condo a few years ago, we walked thru the door and the view of Siesta Beach and the Gulf of Mexico just blew us away. It was fun renovating our new beach home to offer a relaxing & nice place to stay that feels like home. It's been wonderful sharing it with other's. If you want to have the most romantic honeymoon or just a lovely time, GO TO SUNSET ROYALE. The home is beautifully decorated and the view of the ocean is spectacular. We had a wonderful time. You can't miss if you rent this lovely home!

Gorgeous view, lovely condo

This 3rd-floor condo is lovely. It's been professionally decorated with comfortable furniture and has a well-equipped kitchen. The queen-sized bed was very comfortable. All the furnishings appeared new, and it was exceptionally clean.

This is a great place if you don't plan to hang around the complex much, since there is no pool and no real outdoor seating. However, one of the best beaches in the world is right across the street, and there are lots of activities in the Sarasota/Siesta Key area.

Internet access (wireless) is provided downstairs in a courtyard area, but was not accessible from the condo itself.

The property is really well kept up, and maintenance was ongoing while we were there.

The lanai is totally enclosed, so there is no outside porch.

There are plans for a patio area as part of the new landscaping. We are also in the process of bringing wireless into our 2 rental units. We appreciate you taking the time to write a review.
