Situated in the popular village of Las Coloradas Villa Carol, due to its elevated position, offers both privacy views of the sea, mountains and Papagayo National Park. The south facing terrace has an 8 m x 4 m heated swimming pool, with easy access steps, approx. 300sq m of tiled patio and garden. There are 6 sunbeds and cushions, outdoor shower, BBQ, patio table & 6 chairs and covered pergola for cool alfresco dining. All bedrooms have large fitted wardrobes, two have patio doors leading to the poolside. . Open plan kitchen/diner/lounge. There is satellite TV, CD, DVD and radio, the lounge has leather sofas and a dining table. There is a utility room. An additional sitting room offers a cool quiet retreat. Already 12 weeks repeat bookings for 2010.

Villa Carol is situated in the increasingly popular Las Coloradas. From the villa the unspoilt beaches of Papagayo are a 10 min walk or 5 min drive. Villa Carol is at the end of a quiet, residents only, wide cul-de-sac. A short stroll will bring you to 'El Pueblo' the new stylish shopping centre of Las Coloradas where you will find restuarants, bars children's playground and an excellent supermarket. A beautiful pedestrianised sea front promenade stretches from Las Coloradas to the lighthouse at Pechiguera appox. 4 miles. A 15 min walk along this promenade will bring you to the celebrated 'Rubicon Sports Marina' where you will find a variety of quality shops and restaurants. The picturesque village of Playa Blanca is 2 miles away with entertainment based mainly around restaurants, bars and hotels. Playa Blanca is conveniently situated for some of Lanzarote's main tourist attractions - Papagaya National Park, Timanfaya National Park, Ferry to Fuerteventura etc.

Fabulous Villa Carol

This was our first holiday abroad with our young family and Villa Carol proved to be the perfect setting. The villa had everything you could want, very clean and spaceous and an enclosed garden and pool area. We all had a great time in the pool which is a decent size and it is situated in a lovely quiet area of Playa Blanca, and close to the beautiful Papagayo beaches. Great views and privacy. We didnt want to leave. Owners are very helpful and accomodating and we would definitely recommend it. Oh to be there now!!!!!!

A Perfect Holiday Home

We've found Villa Carol to be the perfect holiday home. We've stayed there on four previous occasions and are going again soon. The villa is perfectly situated in a quiet, but not secluded location with stunning views across to Fuerteventura. It is spacious and welcoming with a lovely pool and attractive garden. There is a supermarket, a cafe, a pub and a number of restaurants within easy walking distance and the bustling Rubicon Marina is a bit further but still accessible along the lovely coastal path.
The owners Jane and David are very friendly and extremely helpful.
We love coming to Villa Carol, have always enjoyed our holidays there and would thoroughly recommend it.

Oh Carol, I am but a fool.

So far enjoyed two wonderful holidays at Villa Carol - March 08 and March 09 and would most definitely return to the villa again. After 6 visits to Lanzarote this is the best villa we have stayed in. In an elevated position the views from the villa and terraces are quite stunning; mountains, the sea and Fuerteventura can all be enjoyed. The Las Coloradas area is very well designed and landscaped. The villas are well spread out and the whole area is very well looked after. It’s lovely to wake up and see the clear blue sky, the sunshine, to take in the views and start another wonderful day at Villa Carol. The heated pool is great and very welcoming, a good size too with internal steps. Outside you have very large tiled areas for sitting in the sun or shade with plenty of privacy. In the evening you can have sundowners on the terrace and see the twinkling lights of Fuerteventura in the distance. Afterwards, why not head off on a very pleasant walk to the Marina Rubicon for dinner. Villa Carol – Wonderful Villa, Superb Location, Comfortable Beds, Spotlessly Clean and Well Equipped, what more could you want!

we wanted to thank you so much for letting us stay in your beautiful villa - it was perfect, there was absolutely nothing that we wanted that wasn't there! the accommodation was the best that we have ever stayed in and the pool was perfect, the views, the location etc. etc.
we loved lanzarote and will return one day.
