Access bike trails from nearby South Wellfleet General Store. Cathedral ceilings throughout, with open floor plan, perfect for entertaining. Stereo (with IPOD ready cord) pumps music or movie soundtrack throughout the 32X18 foot great room, master bedroom and basement. Fully equipped kitchen, 4-burner gas stove, full-sized refrigerator, center island, double sink, and all necessary appliances needed for cooking. Access to porch from (17x14) master bedroom and living room. Second bedroom (11x10) has half-bath, Ping-Pong table in basement, Built in 2000 by homeowners; many special features make this a lovely, modern and clean home perfect for your Cape Cod vacation. . Small artist studio on premises is occupied. 70 feet from back porch with privacy plantings.
