This beautiful, sunny new house has 4 bedrooms upstairs, and an easy open floor plan downstairs. The kitchen has a Viking stove, Sub-Zero refrigerator, granite counters, and a large island with seating for 6. The kitchen opens to the dining room, and the large family room is just 2 steps down from the dining room. A den with a tv and a parlor provide more private common areas. Architectural details such as columns and beautiful moldings give the large house a homey feel. There is a porch on the side of the house, and a back deck with a gas grill accessible from the kitchen. The outside has pretty stone walls, walkways, and plantings. Off the back deck is an outside shower.

We loved this house! It had everything you could ever need and more. It is beautifully decorated, tons of room, and has all the amenities. It was great for a group, there was so much room for everyone. We can not wait to rent it again!

It is big, sunny, and cheerful. The rooms that are not pictured here are just as pretty and comfortable. The master bathroom is amazing. The house is equipped with everything you can possibly want: beach towels and chairs, pails and shovels, boogie boards, an extra tote, games ... the kitchen was a pleasure and lacks nothing. You will be very, very happy with this house. When we return to Nantucket, we will schedule our time around the availability of this house.
