Enjoy the privacy and proximity of this bright, airy home in the West Chop area of Vineyard Haven. Located in the desirable community of Mink Meadows, it enjoys access to the association’s private beach and its public nine-hole golf course, enjoyed by President Obama during his 2009 visit to the island. The majestic post-and-beam great room has wonderful views of the Vineyard Sound and a baby grand piano. Watch the ferries travel to and fro as you play croquet on the spacious lawns. It’s only a short walk along quiet sandy roads to the pristine beach and golf, and only minutes by car to town beaches, ferry dock, movie theatre, VH Playhouse, restaurants, and shopping. Master suite with queen and private bath in its own wing; second bedroom with double bed and water view; third bedroom with two twin beds. Sleep sofa in great room. Amenities include enclosed outside shower, laundry, Weber gas grill, patio furniture and hammock to help you while away your days watching the wildlife.
