Our sunny Parisian flat is located 2 blocks from the Champ De Mars, the large park that runs perpendicular to the Eiffel Tower near Blvd. Suffren. It is a truly Parisian neighborhood full of shops, an open market, restaurants and people. It was a featured property in the March mailer about Paris from Home Away. This apartment offers a bright (two floor to ceiling large sliding windows) and secure atmosphere (entry code at the front door). It is on the sixth floor with a new elevator. Your windows look at the beautiful Parisian skyline and there is no one above you. And while the neighborhood is lively, our street is quiet . It is a wonderful location, close to the Seine, Ecole Militaire, two excellent shopping streets (Rue Cler and Rue du Commerce) as well as easy transit via the metro, bus and taxi. It is located near a variety of restaurants, museums including the new Quai Branley, cafes and stores. It has all of the amenities and features you will need to enjoy your stay.

Notes: Living room doubles as a second bedroom. Sofa bed is comfortable sleeper couch, not a pull out paper thin one. You can sleep on it comfortably. The CD Player is MP3 ready and has speakers in the bedroom as well. There is a powerful shower, great heat for winter guests and air conditioned with ceiling fan for extra circulation in the summer. We have lots of DVDs, cable with MTV and CNN and a growing library of travel books. Kitchen has everything you need including induction cooktop, convection stove and new refrigerator/freezer. Most importantly, our bi-lingual manager lives in Paris and is available during your vacation to answer all of your questions.

Our flat is 100% ready for you to enjoy.: We love eating in this neighborhood. Restaurants are unpretentious and quality is excellent. There is always something to do including an open air market every week and shopping is easy and close. The new Quai Branley museum is five minutes away. The apartment has a separate bedroom, a living room, bathroom and kitchen, about 400 square feet in size with plenty of storage. When weather allows the balcony is perfect for outdoor dining. It has all the amenities we want when we stay at the flat. Features include a flat screen television with cable; DVD player; great stereo with MP3 capability; WiFi with broadband; Full size sleeper couch; Induction cooking element, complete kitchen with everything you need to cook; Great shower with lots of hot water.

We will make your trip easy for you.: We have a bi-lingual manager in Paris ready to help you with your questions and concerns and will greet you on your arrival. Should you wish we will arrange for Patrick, a reliable driver to pick you up and take you back to the airport and even stock your fridge with gourmet goodies. My husband and I stayed at the Yellow Flat with our 11-year old daughter for a week in October. The apartment was just as billed -- perfectly appointed and maintained, very convenient in terms of Metro access, and located in a lovely, safe neighborhood of Paris. The owner and property manager both were responsive and incredibly helpful before and during our trip. We would recommend this apartment to all and hope to return quickly!

Yellow Flat In A Good Location

The apartment is exactly as it looks on the website. The location is ideal as it is close to the Champ De Mars and Eiffel Tower and just a short walk away there are 2 open air markets twice a week with everything to put a great meal together in the apartment. The kitchen is well equipped also. Thierry is a great help getting people settled in or if there is any kind of problem he is available.
We would surely stay at the Yellow Flat again.

I recently spent five days at the Yellow Flat (April 2009), and truly enjoyed the opportunity to live domestically in the midst of a vibrant neighborhood. Making advance arrangements with the owner was most efficient, and we welcomed the services of Thierry, the site manager, who graciously answered our questions and facilitated our return travel to the airport. Furnished attractively, the apartment is adjacent to several metro stops and within easy walking distance to many of Paris’s top attractions (including the remarkable Musée de Quai Branley). The excellent bakery, supermarket and specialty foodshop around the corner are definite assets, and the well-equipped kitchen makes dining at home a pleasure. Internet access, a useful travel bookshelf, and top- quality appliances throughout the flat, ensured a pleasurable stay. I very much look forward to my next visit to the Yellow Flat.

Thanks to Jules & Florence for sharing the apartment! My husband and I had a wonderful New Year's in Paris. The location was fantastic, close to the Metro and great cafes. We walked, and walked and walked! The apartment was bright and cheerful, clean and the perfect amount of space. Thierry was very helpful when we arrived and encouraged us to contact him if we needed anything while in the city.

We look forward to staying in the Yellow Apartment next time we're in Paris.

We are just home last night from our wonderful week in Paris. Your apartment is wonderful and was perfect for us. We have stayed in Paris a number of times and have rented another apartment nearby which the owner has recently sold. We can't say enough how much we enjoyed your place. Audrey met us at the appointed time and gave us the tour. We did not meet Theirry but did talk to him when we had a couple of questions and he was so helpful!! We loved the instruction book with the pictures, the decor, the washer/dryer, the location, and the personal touches. The kitchen was well supplied and easy to work in. The nice bathroom and shower were also a plus. And, we couldn't believe how quiet the neighborhood was!!

We will definitely be back and we also will recommend your place to friends and family Our experience was outstanding. Thank you so much.
