The Yellow Flat is a well designed, tastefully decorated and completely renovated apartment. It is a comfortable, bright and secure home away from home for your next trip to Paris.
The Yellow Flat is located at the top of the Champ De Mars, the large park that runs perpendicular to the Eiffel Tower in a building that abuts Avenue De Suffren. This is a perfect location from which to easily explore the city, close to all forms of transit and the Eiffel Tower.
The Yellow Flat is located on the sixth floor of our building with a modern elevator that was installed in 2010 and pass code protected. Both the bedroom and living rooms feature floor to ceiling windows, keeping the flat cheery and sunny. You look at the beautiful Parisian skyline and there is no one above you to disturb your stay.
Do you love to cook? We hope that you will enjoy our brand new kitchen, renovated in 2012 as much as we have. It features an induction stove top and full sized oven and refrigerator. It is stocked with all the utensils that you need to make a meal.
Be sure to have a glass of wine or breakfast on our balcony at you look out at the Parisian skyline.
And while the neighborhood is very lively during the day, our street is quiet so you sleep well at night.

The apartment has a separate bedroom, a living room, bathroom and kitchen, about 400 square feet in size with plenty of storage. There is an outdoor terrace with table and chairs.
It is fully stocked with all of the amenities we want when we stay at the flat as it is our home in Paris when we travel.

'We are just home last night from our wonderful week in Paris. Your apartment is wonderful and was perfect for us. We can't say enough how much we enjoyed your place. We loved the instruction book with the pictures, the decor, the washer/dryer, the location, and the personal touches. The kitchen was well supplied and easy to work in. The nice bathroom and shower were also a plus. And, we couldn't believe how quiet the neighborhood was!! We will definitely be back and we also will recommend your place to friends and family Our experience was outstanding. Thank you so much.'
We love this apartment and know that you will enjoy it just as we do when in Paris.
