This great condo is located just across from the white sand beaches of Anna Maria Island. It is located within a one minute walk to the large heated Swimming Pool. This large Resort Complex features 2 story high buildings, lush tropical landscaping, Tennis, Shuffleboard, Pool, Fishing pier, laundry room, workout room and more!

Complex is very relaxing and quiet with several units being occupied by the owners. The large 2/2 condo features a private balcony and all amenities to make this home.

Every item in this condo is new as of 2006 with the exception of the kitchen cabinets and counters. Second floor means you have no people living over you to ensure that you have no noise from up above.
