Charming and well built Cape style family home set on 2.5 acres. Has wonderful back yard and front yard set back from the road in the middle of Brewster Village. Enjoy both privacy and convenient location. Great for the explorer and the scholar. Built in the 1930's, the house is cozy and nicely appointed. It is within walking distance of some of the Cape's best restaurants, the Brewster General Store, the Brewster Ladies Library , a 1/2 mile from the bay and a short bike ride to the Cape's rail trail. It is convenient to the Cape Cod Natural History Museum in Brewster and other important nature preserves.

Brewster is a really beautiful part of Cape Cod. There are many sea captains homes and other historic components of this lovely village in the heart of Cape Cod. Our house is on Main Street, very close to the Brewster General Store and a 1/2 mile to the Bay.

Notes: We are able to provide linens and towels if you are traveling by air. Because the Brewster store is just down the street they are a great resource for baby sitters, house keepers and any other special desires or needs. The washer and dryer are in the basement.

This is a family home built by our great uncle to be lived in year round. Though it is in the middle of Brewster Village it offers great privacy. Brewster is very walkable and since you are in the heart of the village you can walk to the bay, to the Brewster store and to the Ladies Library.
