About this property

This large (1400 square foot), light-filled Mammoth Lakes condo is a two Bedroom+Loft, three Bath townhome in the Scenic Meadow area off Old Mammoth Rd and Minaret Rd. Western/Southern exposure. Ideal for families or friends, with plenty of bathrooms and room to move around.

Outside the front door is a spacious, lockable storage closet for ski/snowboard gear. Enter the unit on the first floor which has both bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The second floor is the living room, kitchen, dining room, and a third full bath. Kitchen is open to the dining room with counter bar, offers plenty of space, and has a bay window overlooking grass. Dining table seats 6. Living room seats 6-8 comfortably. The unit has a wood-burning fireplace with plenty of firewood. The third floor is the loft (open to the living room by a half wall).

Each bedroom has a queen, the loft has a queen and 3 twins. HUGE TV in living room w/ VCR+DVD and cable hookup, separate stereo/CD. Free wi-fi with password. Washer/dryer in unit. Updated living room and dining room, new oven and new carpet throughout the entire condo. There are two outdoor parking spaces available. Free Mammoth Shuttle to Village and main lodge just outside the Snowflower complex.

Owner was very responsive

When we arrived, the place had unfortunately not been cleaned and also had a plumbing issue. We contacted the owner via the app and he immediately responded and contacted both a plumber and cleaning crew who took care of the situation in a timely fashion. We went on to enjoy our stay very much. The place is very roomy and accommodates sleeping for a larger group. It has a great cabin feel and perfect for a family ski getaway. Thank you to the owner for being so responsive and saving the day!

Great for families

The condo was perfect for our family. It had all the essentials for us and was clean. Great location near town, creek and meadow. Would definitely stay here again.

Snowflower

The host was very good about communicating with me. Check in process was very easy. The condo was comfortable for our family. There were a couple of old TV’s stored in the main living area that weren’t hooked up. We could have used another roll of paper towels, fresh body wash in showers (very low in one bathroom) and some new sponges (sponges provided were very old) but overall it met our needs for our stay. We had a pleasant time.
