Please Come and enjoy our house. It is located in the center of Sunriver just North of Fort Rock Park and Tennis Hill. Walk to the park, basketball, baseball field, sand volleyball court and tennis courts. The tennis courts can be seen through the trees from our back deck. Our house is on a quiet secluded circle which has only eight houses on it.
Our split level house offers 3500 square feet of living space, which includes 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 2 family rooms, one living/dinning room and an open kitchen. The upstairs family room has a 55 inch big screen, DVD/Blueray/CD player. The kitchen is equipped with a double oven, dishwasher, gas range top, tile counter tops and sub zero refrigerator.
The downstairs family room offers a 48 inch big screen TV with a Playstation 2, which also plays DVDs and a VCR. The house has a built in sound system for music which includes the master bedroom, both family rooms, the living room, dining room, and the back deck. The sound can be controlled in each room.
The back of the house offers a large top deck with access from the kitchen, family room and master bedroom, as well as a covered patio with a swing that access from downstairs family room and stairs from upper deck. The stainless steel BBQ is on the top deck. The hot tub is on the split level of the deck for privacy.
The hot tub can easily be accessed from downstairs, master bedroom and upper family room.
Play Area: The garage is finished and has foosball, ping pong table, air hockey, microwave, fridge, couch and chairs. A GREAT space for kids. There are also four adult bikes, 1 toddler bike, one bike trailer (fits 2 toddlers) and a stroller.
There are plenty of books, board games, puzzles, Playstation 2 games, tennis rackets, tennis balls, basketballs, and DVD's for your enjoyment. Also a Graco highchair, booster seat and a playpen are there for your use.
