Welcome to our 'Lake House' on Lake Coeur d'Alene. Come relax and enjoy one of Idaho's most beautiful areas. We have a great southern exposure so you are sure to have plenty of sunshine during the day; or you can enjoy the magnificent view from the deck that has an awning for those who prefer to be in the shade. We know you will enjoy the comfort of this two level, 3 bedroom home. For sleeping accommodations we have one king, one queen, one double bed and two pull out couches. Our maximum limit is 10 guests. The main floor has an air conditioner that cools off the kitchen and living room comfortably on our hot days. There are two TVs with limited channels but who wants to be watching TV when you can be enjoying the fresh air and sunshine during the day or at night playing cards or board games? Enjoy the luxury of having your own dock/pier that has an electric boat lift for swimming and playing at the lake. We have a nice man- made sandy beach front area for the kids to play.

Nearest Airport: Spokane Airport (GEG) at 60 Miles
This home is on the lake about 25 miles south of Coeur d'Alene on Hwy 97. The nearest little town is Harrison, Idaho (population around 280) which is about 11 miles south. In Harrison you will find a small grocery store, library, post office, gas, a couple of restaurants and other little speciality stores. We are 60 miles from Spokane International Airport.

Water shoes are recommended as it is a rocky bottom and entry to the lake. You can enjoy the summer evenings roasting marshmallows down on the beach in the fire pit or watching the sunset from one of two decks. There is space for 5 cars on this property and one boat trailer. No motor homes, no campers or tents please. There is a campground 2 miles down the road at the Carlin Bay Resort with a public launch.

Amenities: An Electric boat lift with a maximum load of 4500 lbs. Fireplace, Air Conditioning up stairs, 2 TVs with limited reception, 2 VCRs, 1 DVD with about a variety of movies. Full Kitchen, Microwave, Dishwasher, Refrigerator, Cooking utensils provided, Linens provided, Washer, Dryer, Gas Grill (BBQ), No Smoking and No Pets. There is no phone service available and there is limited cell service.

Activities (on site or nearby): Biking the Rails to Trails is located 11 miles south in Harrison, Hiking at Mineral Ridge or around Tubbs Hill in CDA, Amusement Parks like Silverwood is about an hour away, Golf, Fitness Center, The area has Fishing, Hunting, Wildlife Viewing, Horseback Riding, Shopping, Live Theater, Museums, Swimming, Boating, Sailing, Water skiing, Windsurfing, Parasailing, Jet Skiing and Rafting. Harrison Boat Rentals is offering a 20% discount on pre-season reservations.

Excellent Vacation!

This vacation home was exactly what we were expecting! It was clean, had great water access and was very comfortable. We had 4 adults and 2 children and the size of the home was perfect. We had a boat and the lift at the dock worked great. The beach access has a rock barrier so I didn't have to worry about my 14 month old getting to the water while playing on the beach. We are definitely coming back!
