First floor unit of charming Cape Cod construction was recently renovated. New kitchen and bathroom and beautiful hardwood floors throughout. Ample seating area in living room with flat screen television and DVD player. A CD player as well as connection compatible with I-pods also included. The kitchen is well-stocked and includes a dishwasher, blender, toaster oven and espresso/coffee machine. There is an exclusive use outdoor seating area with a grill. There is a washer and dryer on site and one parking space is included.

My family (with two young boys) has stayed here two years in a row. The property is very clean and well maintained. The house is in a great location, within walking distance of Commercial Street and the Monument. We loved going to the Wired Puppy coffee shop and frequented the few local markets for our daily supplies of bread, fruit and beach items. The kitchen is well equipped and we used the grill almost every night. I would definitely recommend this to family or friends! The owner is wonderful and very accessible. Good customer service!

i had the pleasure of staying in this charming home for two weeks in september. the leaves were changing, the shops & restaurants, darling and the beach was glorious but most of all the feeling of quiet peace and joy i felt there was immeasurable. it was the one of the best gifts to self i have ever given or received. until i'm back again soon my thoughts will stay fondly at the cape.
