**We have a 'shared condiment' option. In the large Sub-Zero Refrigerator in the basement, there are many condiments. Guests are welcome to share these condiments and are asked to replace any item that they
have used up. Guests are encouraged to leave any condiments left over from their vacation that they wish, and place them in this refrigerator. This is a very popular idea which has been greatly praised and appreciated by our guests because it saves a substantial amount of money from having to invest in each and every item individually.

Please note that all of the bedrooms and bathroom upstairs have been newly painted with uplifting
Nantucket colors and Nantucket historical colors. There is new tiling in the kitchen which resembles sand and adds yet another distinctive Nantucket accent, in addition to sand in the family room paint, otherwise known
as Ralph Lauren's 'River Rock' paint.
The 50' deck, which has also been called the 'Never Better landing strip' since it is so expansive, is the number 1
mentioned accolade from our renter reviews. It actually creates the equivalent of an extra 2 large rooms of space outside for guests to enjoy. With new wrought iron furniture and pots of beautiful flowers, there is plenty of 'eye candy' for our guests to enjoy. Watching the stars at night at 'Never Better' is almost as good as being at the Maria Mitchell Observatory on the Island. The stars absolutely sparkle and shine vividly from our location.

There is a beautiful public golf course, Miacomet Golf Course, located approximately 1 1/2 miles from 'Never
Better'. It has a great course and also, as a bonus, has a fabulous restaurant which is a bit of a 'hidden gem'.
