'Never Better' is located directly across the street from exquisite conservation property which has a walking path that leads directly to the beach. Decorated with Nantucket colors, this lovely home is tastefully decorated to reflect the flavor of the Island. Landscaping design includes Island-famous hydrangeas, rosa rugosa and trellises with burgundy color roses. Spectacular deck and outside shower also in back of the house. Spacious rooms, open floor plan conducive to entertaining. A sure recipe for a great vacation!

Nantucket is an Island 30 miles south of Hyannis, Massachusetts. The Island is 20 miles long and has many beautiful beaches. This charming Nantucket home is located mid-Island and is convenient to Town and also to Miacomet and Surfside Beaches. 'Never Better' is located in Pine Valley, a beautiful, pristine neighborhood which abuts exquisite conservation property. The conservation property has a picturesque walking path which leads directly to Surfside Beach. Pine Valley is centrally located and is on the MRTA Shuttle Bus Line which services most of the Island.

Indoor heated pool is located at the Nantucket High School. There is a small fee to use this pool. 8. Washing machine and dryer 9. Full size cuisine art in kitchen. 10. Fireplace in the family room. 11. Brand new gas grill on deck. 12. Delightful outside shower. 13. Exquisite conservation property with walking trails across the street.

You can walk on an exquisite walking path through conservation property which leads you directly to Miacomet Pond. **Please note that there is a large Sub-Zero Refrigerator in the basement for additional refrigeration space for food and beverages. Great for entertaining needs.

There is a beautiful public golf course, Miacomet Golf Course, located approximately 1 1/2 miles from 'Never Better'. It has a great course and also, as a bonus, has a fabulous restaurant which is a bit of a 'hidden gem'. Highly recommended by golfers and diners!

Never better is the perfect name for this house because it truely lives up to its name. A group of us rented this house last memorial day weekend and had the best time. The house is beautiful and so comfortable to stay in. It has everything you need. Perfect for outdoor BBQ's as it has a great deck with a grill. The house is very specious and was very comfortable for the 8 of us. It is in such a perfect location, close to town, restaurantes, the beaches and pretty much anywhere you'd like to go. The house was above and beyond our expectations and we are so looking forwarded to going back for memorial day weekend 08'. I would highly recommend this house for anyone looking come to Nantucket for a nice relaxing vacations, stay in a beautiful home at a resonable price. The onwers are wonderful to work with. The experience wil be "Never Better"

Great Getaway!

We have been coming to Nantucket every summer for six years in a row and have stayed at several locations. "Never Better" tops the list! The property is perfectly located near town, groceries and numerous beaches. It is clean and well maintained with tons of space for our two families. I would recomend this lovely property and its friendly owner to anyone looking for a relaxing fun filled vacation on Nantucket!

Great Get Away & Very Kid Friendly

We had two families that spent a week at Never Better for the first time. The house is in excellent condition and the layout is perfect. We used the large deck and yard everyday for eating and just hanging out. The kids loved the sidewalk that goes around the entire neighborhood and we often biked from the house to the bike trail all via the sidewalks.

The outdoor shower is large and clean and makes for an easy transition from the beach to the house.

The location is very central and you are extremely close (5 to 10 minute drive) from some awesome beaches and the center of town. There are many beach accessories (coolers, toys, boogie boards, chairs) available in the basement for use. On our next stay I am looking forward to packing a bit less.

They also have shared condiments so you are not compelled to purchase every small item for cooking during the week. You just replace what you use and leave the rest behind for others to use.

The owner provides excellent communications and goes the extra mile to make sure your stay both at the house and on Nantucket are excellent.

I would highly recommend this property and plan on staying there in the future.

The listing was very accurate in all aspects. The house is very clean and neat and the customer service of this owner was over the top. She was very responsive to any questions, and was timely with money transactions and lease information. The deck and the yard were a highlight. I highly recommend this property

Great house for a great vacation!

What a beautiful house! We had a group of 8 and the house fit us very easily. All of the rooms are very spacious, and the back deck was perfect for grilling and hanging out. The house was very clean, and had everything that you could want--it really did feel like a home away from home. It was also very centrally located. The NRTA Shuttle stops right down the road from the house and can take you pretty much anywhere on the island, and if you do not want to take the shuttle, everything (beach, restaurants, downtown) is easliy reached on bike. The homeowner is very easy to work with and really makes sure that everything is in place for your group to have a great vacation. Our group definitely plans to rent this house again for our next stay on Nantucket!
