Come visit our beautifully decorated 3 bedroom Lanai unit in Heron building at Destin West Beach & Bay Resort. Our unit is directly on Choctawhatchee Bay with a private 4 person hot tub on our porch & an amazingly beautiful view of palm trees & calming waters. You also have access to our private garage underneath.
Enjoy the 700 Ft. Lazy river, gradual decline pool, annually heated waterfall pool, 2 Jacuzzis, grills & picnic tables on the bay. You also have access to all amenities on the beachside including a 5,000 sq. ft. pool, kiddie pool, splash gardens, & a state of the art fitness room.
You have it all: white beaches, boardwalk, oceanside restaurants, shops & the Gulfarium all across the street within walking distance. Safely cross with our new walkover.
Our spectacular unit is large enough for 2 families sleeping 9 people. Enjoy the upscale, classy decor with granite countertops, travertine floors, and marble shower in the master.

We are conveniently located on Okaloosa Island. This island connects Destin to Fort Walton Beach. You get the best of both worlds at our location: 3 miles of natural beach and bay coastline on one side and sheer fun on the other side of the island with The Boardwalk, fishing pier, great seafood restaurants, comedy clubs, and the Gulfarium all within walking distance. We are just 4 miles from the Destin Bridge where you will find, jet-ski rentals, parasailing, pontoon boat rentals, deep sea fishing boats, harbor restaurants, dolphin cruises, glass bottom boat trips, wooden schooner sunset cruises and much more!
We are also only 20 min. away from the VPS airport in Fort Walton Beach and minutes from all of the shopping in Destin!
