Little Palms Villa is situated on the smart residential villa community of Sabal Harbour. We are positioned at the head of a lovely lake, with a south facing aspect to the rear thus benefiting from the sun on the pool for most of the day. Sabal Harbour has a large community pool, and tennis, volleyball and basketball courts available. The villa itself is comfortably furnished with two living areas, a fully equipped kitchen and three separate dining areas. We have new furniture throughout. The home is fully air conditioned along with ceiling fans to assist cooling. HD (connected) Digital TV with Bose Sound. 2 DVD,s, stereo system and broadband internet connections are provided. Free phone calls to US / Canada. The pool is heated and under a lanai with great views of the lake and its wildlife. Villa just 20 mins from the finest white sand beaches of the Gulf Coast. 25 mins to the stylish coastal city of Sarasota. The vibrant towns of Siesta, Longboat and Lido Keys lie alongside Sarasota.

Our villa is superbly placed to visit the local beaches and coastal towns. Also, traveling on the I - 75, located just a mile away, the theme parks of Busch Gardens and Adventure Island Water Park can be easily reached in 45 minutes. Sarasota, the cultural capital of the area boasts many Theaters, Art Galleries, Museums and venues for musical events. Lido Key is close by and has the famous Ringling Circus circular parade of fine upscale shops and restaurants. North of here lies Longboat Key, a long barrier island with golf courses and fantastic homes, then to Anna Maria Island and its great beaches. Siesta Key Village is a vibrant beach town with many shopping and eating outlets and a lovely white sand beach running south to Crescent Beach and its many waterside attractions. Our home is just a 10 minute drive to Ellenton Mall, the largest in the area having the finest retailers. The villa is next door to a championship Golf and Country Club which welcomes visitors to play and dine.

Our rates cover all taxes, cleaning, utility fees and all bedding and towels provided. The use of the phone is free in US and Canada, as are 7meg Broadband both cable and wireless connections. A 15% deposit secures a booking and we would appreciate the balance 6 weeks before a visit.
  • Our villa is cleaned and maintained to the very highest standards by our friendly local property management company. They can supply further items you may need for a great vacation.

Golfers Paradise.: Our villa is within walking distance of Peridia Golf and Country Club. This is a fine championship course and has an excellent restaurant serving lunch and dinner daily. 5 minutes from the famous Tara Golf and Country club. We recently stayed at Little Palms Villa and had a
wonderful time. The home is beautiful as well as
clean and comfortable. This was the first time that
we have rented a home for an entire month and the
owners couldn't have been nicer or more
accomodating. We would not hesitate staying there
again next year. If you are not sure about the area,
you will find that it is just a short drive to most
everything.

Dear Howard and Pauline,
We recently returned after spending the month of January at this wonderful home! We have rented other vacation homes and this one has far surpassed all the others. The home decor is beautiful and the layout of the home gives guests several areas to relax in. Howard and Pauline made the "pre-rental" period very easy and informative and I felt quite at home there even before we arrived. The management company staff are friendly and helpful.
Our daughters and their families came to visit at different times during the month and they too were very impressed with the Villa and Sabal Harbour.
I would highly recommend renting this home and am sure when we return to vacation in this area we will be hoping it is available!!!!

Excellent House, Great Value, Family Friendly!!! We had the most wonderful stay at this house! This is the best rental for the money!!! I hope to stay here again this year.
