Besides having exclusive use of this private villa, guests can also access free of charge community resort facilities all within a 5 minute walk if desired. These include tennis and volleyball courts, gym room and swimming pool with fountain. The clubhouse has a large screen TV, computer and wireless internet connection for laptops. Come and share the delights we have to offer. Palm Spring Villa is a beautiful, family owned property located in Glenbrook, just off Highway 27, one of the most desirable locations in the Orlando/Disney Area. Besides on site exclusive guest club house access, there is so much to do and see within a short car journey. Florida boasts an abundance of lakes and golf courses, some of which are also accessible within a 5 minute journey. Theme parks are plentiful and traveling time varies between 10 - 45 minutes with Disney World being the closest. Open unspoilt countryside, cycle trails, gardens, water sports, museums and nature reserves can be reached by car in 10-30 minutes and beaches at either coast in approximately1 hour. Within a 5 minute car journey are essential amenities such as pharmacies, banks, supermarkets including Walmart, Winndixie and Publix, post office hairdressers and restaurants. Shopping Malls can be located on the major highways.

  • Our spacious single story Florida home has been tastefully furnished to high specification with selections made by an interior designer for perfect colour co-ordination in every room. There are 4 Double Bedrooms, 2 of these are master bedrooms with large ensuite bathrooms, one overlooking the patio and pool area with deck access. The further two bedrooms have twin beds in each, and share a further family bathroom, giving a total of 3 bathrooms. All bedrooms have walk in wall cupboards. All bedrooms have TVs. A sofa bed is present in the family room

The villa was very well equipped, clean and tastefully decorated. Sally was helpful and provided a high level of personal service, as did the on-site management company. Plenty of room for 2 families, our teenagers really enjoyed the games room and the pool, and we had some relaxing evenings in the hot tub. We appreciated the free WiFi and international calls. Glenbrook is a lovely quiet resort, with excellent supermarket within walking distance. There is also a good family friendly restaurant Santa Fe just outside the resort, and there are several fast food and other restaurants a short drive away.

A perfect place to relax after a day out at Disney

This was our second stay on the Glenbrook estate and our first stay at this Villa. We were very pleased with the villa, it was both spacious and clean and very well equipped.
The owner was very helpful, friendly and efficient.
The Glenbrook estate is ideally situated being only 20 mins drive to disney,the local supermarket only a minutes drive away and there are a good choice of restaurants within a short drive too.
We also enjoyed the facitilities at the clubhouse which is very close to the villa, where there is a pool, gym and games room plus the children could choose a dvd to borrow.
I would not hestitate to recommend this villa if you are planning a holiday in this area.

This was our 2nd time at this villa, so really that say's it all! Lovely villa, very clean and well equipped, beautiful pool, and outdoor area. Clubhouse 5 minute walk with large pool and gym plus pool, air hockey etc. Perfect Location 20 mins from Disney, Wal Mart just around the corner! Lots of places to eat only a short drive.

I just wanted to drop you a note to thank you for the use of your beautiful home. My family and I enjoyed a wonderful week of sun and fun at Disney and Universal while enjoying the comforts of your villa.

The weather was gorgeous. On our days off we had great time in the pool, and most evenings were topped off with a warm spa. We were spoiled during our stay.

If we can, we would love to come back and rent from you again next year.
