Our large Florida home is situated in a highly sought after private development 6 miles from Disney World, within easy reach of main highways to either coast and major international airports. There are golf courses, countryside and shops all close by. Besides having exclusive use of this private villa, guests can also access free of charge community resort facilities all within a 5 minute walk if desired. These include tennis and volleyball courts, gym room and swimming pool with fountain. The clubhouse has a large screen TV, computer and wireless internet connection for laptops. Come and share the delights we have to offer. Palm Spring Villa is a beautiful, family owned property located in Glenbrook, just off Highway 27, one of the most desirable locations in the Orlando/Disney Area. Besides on site exclusive guest club house access, there is so much to do and see within a short car journey. Florida boasts an abundance of lakes and golf courses, some of which are also accessible within a 5 minute journey. Theme parks are plentiful and traveling time varies between 10 - 45 minutes with Disney World being the closest. Open unspoilt countryside, cycle trails, gardens, water sports, museums and nature reserves can be reached by car in 10-30 minutes and beaches at either coast in approximately1 hour. Within a 5 minute car journey are essential amenities such as pharmacies, banks, supermarkets including Walmart, Winndixie and Publix, post office hairdressers and restaurants. Shopping Malls can be located on the major highways.

My family and I had a fantastic holiday in this villa recently. The owners said that we wouldn't be disappointed and we definitely weren't. When we arrived there it really did look like we were the first people ever to rent it, so the management/cleaning company are doing a great job too.
We loved the open plan space and being able to walk outside and jump straight into the pool (although generally we got straight into the Spa!).
All the 'big' talk was about going back next year, but we've got a credit crunch and a wedding in the way of that so we'll have to see, but we'd definitely consider renting this villa again.
If you're thinking of using this villa as a base for visiting the theme parks then be sure to get on the road early as the 192 and I4 get very busy later on.
A huge supermarket, Sweetbay, is a short walk away (literally 5 minutes at most). I felt guilty going there in the car, but beer is very heavy :-).
The owners are genuinely helpful and have been completely honest with all their descriptions and claims. We would have no hesitation in recommending this villa to anyone.

The villa at Palm Springs is an excellanty choice for a holiday. You could not fault the cleanliness of the villa, everything was spotless and also all your needs were catered for in every aspect. There were an abundance of towells, laundry, kitchen appliances, etc. The description of the villa was exactly as stated in the advertisement of the property. Yes the owners provided every service to make your holiday a very enjoyable experience. We liked that fact that the villa was so close to all the theme parks and you did not have to travel very far to visit them.

There are plenty of restuarants all around the area and also supermarkets within easy reach and we were able to find what we were looking for very easily even though we were strangers to the area. We would not hesitate to recomend this villa to any of our friends if they were thinking of a holiday to Florida. We enjoyed it so much we did not want to come home. With having a pool as well really made all the difference. It was a truly fantastic experience and I hope that I will be able to go back to the villa some time in the future.
