Our home is on Sea Forest an exclusive development surrounded by the Gulf waterways in New Port Richey, Florida. It has over 3000 square feet of air conditioned, luxurious living space and is very private. We are not overlooked as we own the land at the side of the property and back onto conservation area. The large screened pool has the advantage of both solar and electric pool heat and has an extended deck. Ideal for a relaxing or fun filled vacation.

There are restaurants, shops, supermarkets, golf courses and a host of beaches in and around the neighbourhood. Lots to do - fishing, cycling, sailing, jet-skiing, swimming, tennis and lots more.
