The Woods Resort and Spa at Killington is a luxury condo development on 100 acres. Private shuttle bus service during the ski season transports you to the slopes only 4 miles up the Killington Access Road. The Woods is the nicest development at Killington, where you see trees & snow out your windows (weather permitting) as opposed to large condo buildings. The full-service Spa has a fantastic pool, hot tubs, sauna, steam room, a gym, and outdoor tennis courts. There is wired internet access in the condos. 2 bedroom, 1 story, 1100 sq. ft, corner townhouse unit located by the Spa with 2 bedrooms (king bed + double mattress sized bunk beds), 2 full baths. Whirlpool jacuzzi tub in master bedroom (connecting door & door from living room as well), wood-burning fireplace, full clothes washer/dryer, dishwasher, outdoor patio & grill, parking in front of condo, full use of Spa and facilities

Additional information about rental rates

  • Rates Include 10% VT tax. Rates Do Not Include one-time exit cleaning fee of $125 per stay.
  • Prices include 10% VT TAX. Linens, soap, and towels are supplied. There is a one-time exit cleaning fee of $125 per stay.

    Payment is accepted in US currency only, unless the currency and the amount are specifically agreed upon in advance by the owner.

    A 50% payment of the base rental is due upon booking to reserve the property. Full payment is due 25 days before arrival, or your reservation is subject to cancellation. Credit cards are accepted to pay for your reservation (Visa, MC and Amex) – please note that a 4% service charge will apply for use of a credit card to pay for your reservation.

    A security deposit in the amount of $350 per stay is also required upon booking and will be returned 5 days after departure. Alternatively, a credit card can be used to serve as a damage/theft security.

    There are no Saturday arrivals or departures.
