The Woods Resort and Spa at Killington is a luxury condo development on 100 acres located on the Killington Access Road 3 miles from the slopes. The Woods is the nicest resort at Killington, where you see trees & snow out your windows as opposed to large condo buildings. The full-service Spa has a fantastic pool, hot tubs, sauna, steam room, a gym, and outdoor tennis courts. Relax in the hot tubs or get a massage or spa treatment after a day on the slopes.
The unit is a 2 minute walk to the Spa At The Woods. It is a 2 bedroom, 1 story, 1100 sq. ft, corner townhouse unit with 2 full baths, sleeps 6-8 comfortably. The master bedroom has a king bed and the 2nd bedroom has double sized bunk beds. A double Aero bed is provided for extra sleeping in the living room. Whirlpool jacuzzi tub in the master bath, a wood-burning fireplace, full washer/dryer, 2 TVs, dishwasher, outdoor patio & grill, parking at front door, pool, Spa and gym facilities. Free internet.
UPGRADES: Upgrades: new living room couch; new double Aero bed for the living room; new bunk beds (with double mattresses) in the second bedroom; all new mattresses; entire unit painted.

The condo is cleaned and the beds made for your arrival. Linens, soap, and towels are supplied. Prices do not include 10% VT TAX and a one-time exit cleaning fee of $125 per stay.
Payment is accepted in US currency only, unless the currency and the amount are specifically agreed upon in advance by the owner.
A 50% payment of the base rental is due upon booking to reserve the property. Full payment is due 30 days before arrival, or your reservation is subject to cancellation. Credit cards are accepted to pay for your reservation (Visa, MC and Amex) – please note that a 4% service charge will apply for use of a credit card to pay for your reservation.
A security deposit in the amount of $350 per stay is also required upon booking and will be returned 5 days after departure. A credit card must be used to serve as a damage/theft security.
There are no Saturday arrivals or departures.
Pet friendly. One dog up to 15 pounds permitted for an additional charge.
