I must say this property location was excellent close to the beach as indicated and there are plenty of restaurants, bars, and convenient stores nearby. The location is safe are there is plenty of parking on the side roads. We were a party of 9. It's right near the highway so you can get to Old San Juan, Isla Verde, Condado and the airport within 15 minutes. . I would definitely recommend this place for those traveling to Puerto Rico and looking to be closer to the locals.

This property was ideal to host family and friends for a perfect beach getaway in Ocean Park, San Juan. Spacious rooms, warm water, full kitchen, wireless internet and cable tv, beach chairs and all! Management is hospitable and attentive. The best beach in San Juan is less than a blink away. Highly recommended.

Great Location, Great price

The descriptions and pictures shown on the website Aqua4upr website were accurate and as explained. The location is great its extremely close to the beach as indicated and there are plenty of restaurants, bars, and convenient stores nearby. The location is safe are there is plenty of parking on the side roads. We were a party of 10 (8 in the 3br 1b, and 2 in the 1br 1b) the price is extremely reasonable than what you would pay for at a hotel for the same amount of people. I would definitely recommend this place for those traveling to Puerto Rico and looking to be closer to the locals.
A word of advice, trying to find the place may be a bit confusing as the place is located off of Mcleary which is also Ashford.
