The quintessential beach house! If you want granite counter tops & new construction this is not the vacation home for you. This classic Cape Cod summer cottage reminds me of summers here on the cape when I was a child. You may recall Horne’s cottages as 'The' place to vacation in the 1960's and '70s. This home is the original home of Mr. & Mrs. Horne who ran that vacation enclave. An incredible spot to build some new family memories while enjoying all Chatham has to offer. Walk out your back door and down your private path out to lighthouse beach. Play a game of catch out on the flats at low tide and fly a kite after a long day of beaching it. All of this just literally steps from the house. You are able to walk to the famous Lighthouse in minutes and downtown Chatham is close by. Soak in the sun during the day, take in the town's Band Concert on Friday night, and enjoy the shopping and restaurants in Chatham while spending your vacation at this ideal spot.

    $1800 /week Off-season
  • There is a Required security deposit and Required cleaning fee. For a two week or more rental period; $35 per week will be added to the quoted cleaning fee. Security is refundable minus the cleaning fee and any damages.

    Once you would like to reserve the house, it is half down now and the other half is due one month before you arrive.

    Rental period is Saturday to Saturday
