Charming Ocean Edge 'A' style condo in Billington Village close to pool, golf, beach, restaurants and everything else Cape Cod offers. This unit features all the comforts of home such as cottage style furnishings, a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning and new appliances including dishwasher and washer/dryer. Relax in the sunny living room after a day at the beach and watch a DVD from an overstuffed chair or the queen sleeper sofa. The quiet surroundings of the outside patio are just the place to sit and enjoy the Cape Cod air. A bedroom with two twin beds, a full bathroom, a dining area, and the well stocked kitchen (complete with a lobster pot and all the utensils needed to enjoy a lobster dinner) round out the downstairs. The upstairs master bedroom features a queen size bed, full size dresser, walk in closet and private master bath. The adjacent loft sleeps two comfortably on a daybed with a pull out trundle. A wonderful place to stay during your Cape Cod vacation!

Ocean Edge Resort offers restaurants, golf, indoor/outdoor pool and hot tubs all within walking distance from unit. Both bay and ocean beaches are nearby including beautiful Nauset Beach and the Cape Cod National Seashore. Excellent golf courses for all abilities abound. Other activities include nearby Cape Cod Museum of Natural History, the Academy Playhouse, Cape Cod Repetory Theatre and the famous band concerts of Brewster and Chatham. The Cape Cod Baseball League plays throughout the area and is a must do activity for visitor of any age. Nearby Chatham and the colorful Provincetown offer excellent shopping, restaurants and art galleries. Whale watching is a favorite area activity as is watching the fishing boat come into the Chatham fishing pier. For the outdoor enthusiast, water sports, hiking trails and fishing charters offer unlimited activities. No trip to Cape Cod is complete without a bike ride on the Cape Cod Rail Trail and a walk through Nickerson State Park!

Cozy townhouse four couples or families

We loved staying in this home for the week. The unit had everything we needed to enjoy the week on the cape. The communication with owner was excellent and I would highly recommend this rental for any season. I would caution future renters that the temperature of facility outdoor/indoor pools are very cold in the summer and we were not able to utilize the pools in ways that we anticipated. Otherwise, the our time spent there was wonderful!!

Charming, Restful; lovely way to while a week away

This charming condo is close to every amenity - a gorgeous resort beach nearby; pools, golf - and central to virtually all of Cape Cod. I love the airy space; the multiple bedrooms so everyone has their own quiet place. The owners are delightful and helpful; the amenities make for a perfect week away.
Owner's Response: We strive to make all of our guests stay a pleasant and enjoyable experience. We appreciate the excellent guest review and its affirmation that our guests have had a wonderful experience staying in our property. While we wholeheartedly agree that the property is conveniently located to everything the Cape has to offer, we would like to clarify that the rental does not include access to the resort beach. Guest passes are included with the rental for access to the indoor and outdoor pools and fitness facilities, but beach parking passes must be purchased directly from the Town of Brewster. Such parking passes allow access to all of the Town beaches, including the beach immediately adjacent to the resort beach. Many of the nearby towns also offer daily parking for a fee at their beaches, which is a great way to truly experience the variety of beaches Cape Cod has to offer.

Wonderful Condo on the Cape

We hade a great week at the cape. The house was exactly as discribed, and the resort was very nice. A great place within driving distance to beaches, Orleans, Chatam, and Eastham. With pools and A/C you can't go wrong. The property was clean and very nice, would recommend. Enough room 7, but not if all were adults.
