It is a topical beauty of the Mayan Riviera with all the modern comforts you would expect. Private condo located in a gated, exclusive village on the Mayan Riveria, Yucatan Peninsula, Mexico. Puerto Aventuras is famous for its quaint restaurants, shops and the famous Dolphin Discovery and Wildlife Habitat - all of which are literally a few steps away from our doors. Unlike most vacation condos, ours includes Private Pool, Beach, Golf, Tennis, Deep Sea Fishing, Snorkeling/Scuba are all at your door and only a few steps to the nearest restaurant and entertainment. All linens and towels provided, plus washer & dryer. Full functioning kitchen and BBQ pit on the patio. Local attractions include: Mayan ruins of Tulum, Cozumel, shopping in Playa del Carmen, Xcaret and more!

Notes: The condo is on the 3rd floor but we are the only building with an elevator. It is the newest building in the Chac Hal Al private complex. Your view is of the marina and you are 75 yards from the beach and one of two pools located in our complex. The pool is located on the beach. This is a very relaxing vacation spot with everything only a short walk from the condo.
