Quiet and private, but only 5 minutes from 3 beautiful beaches and 10 minutes from the action of downtown Newport. Or stay home and enjoy your own private beach. Boat mooring. Gourmet kitchen and breakfast area, large great room, see through stone fireplace, pantry, dining room and screened in porch. Wrap around deck and water views of Sakonnet River and ocean beyond. Gas grill on deck. Master suite with panoramic views, king bed, large shower and soaking tub. Two large bedrooms, one with queen and one with full on second floor. Office/guest room with bath and 2 twins on first floor, great for those who need first floor bedroom. A/C, wireless high-speed Internet, surround sound, large flat screen TV in great room. Great walking/biking area. Large ground floor rec room and full bath with pool table. Outside shower.
