This ground-floor unit is located in a quiet, 15-unit building less than 100 feet from the ocean. Sit on the spacious lanai and watch dolphins and whales followed by breathtaking sunsets through the palms.

This 1300-square-foot (plus lanai) condominium permits you to enjoy your vacation with all the amenities of home. Large master bedroom/bath with ocean views off lanai. Fully-equipped kitchen including wine cooler.

Walking distance to beaches and shopping. Less than three miles to two bays for fishing, water sports, and sightseeing. However, you may choose to stay on your lanai and just enjoy the aloha.

The Big Island offers an active volcano, rain forests, beautiful Hilo and it's many waterfalls, horseback riding of all kinds, sailing, surfing, dolphin and whale watching, and even mountain excursions to Muana Kea National Observatory.

We recently stayed in your condo. We were going to be staying in a resort but wanted the flexibility of having our own kitchen. I am SO GLAD we decided to stay in a private rental. Your condo is absolutely perfect. We relaxed on the lanai each night while eating our own dinner and watching the sun set. From our bedroom each night (right next the lanai) we could hear the sounds of the ocean as it washed up on the shore (only 40 feet away).

We enjoyed watching the young locals as they surfed in the bay just north of us. We went on an afternoon snorkeling trip with a borrowed collapsable cooler from the closet. We never lacked for amenities.

By the time it was time to go, I never wanted to leave. This is a very spacious place that quickly begins to feel like home. You will want to return again and again and have dreams about your next vacation to the big island. We can't wait to come and will refer all of our friends.

Stunning and perfect ocean front view!

We just got back from celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary and couldn't have stayed anyplace better than this one! All the pictures provided are exactly as this condo is..........beautiful, spacious, and oh my word.... everything you can think you will ever needed is in the kitchen! There is such a beautiful ocean breeze, than we only used the A/C one day the entire time. We loved having the lanai opened up so we could hear the waves crashing from either the bedroom or the living room. Had to laugh, sometimes they were so loud, you had to close the door to hear the tv at night! ( that is how close you are to the water). We spent almost all our time and especially most meals out on the lanai. No need to go anywhere else for a goregous sunset.
We highly recommend this to any couple, couples, or family. It is perfect! They provided us with so much information on places to go and to eat, but our two favorites were Splashers for breakfast and the best burger and Quinn's for their fishfry! We will hopefully make it back to this same place before another 25 years!

Wonderful Big Island Experience

Best location! Fully equiped. Kid friendly. Comfortable bed and linens. Also, loved all the books available to read! Only two minor problems-a little noisy upstairs, especially in the early morning. We are not early risers and we could hear alot of foot traffic from the upstairs unit. Also, floor near kitchen needs to be fixed. Very creaky. Easy fix by pulling up carpet and adding a few nails. (my husband is a contractor and noticed it right away)

Beautiful View

My husband and I stayed in this unit while celebrating our 25th anniversary. It was very close to the ocean. The sunsets from the lanai breathtaking. The unit was roomy and we appreciated the little extras- beach chairs, beach towels, and a picnic cooler...to name a few. I also enjoyed the library complete with excellent travel guides about the island. The church next door was friendly and we received a warm welcome when visiting on Sunday. We would definitely chose this unit again!
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

We would like to thank you for the beautiful house over the ocean,
which we could call home for a short while. The view and the location
itself made our vacation so great. For the next trip to Kona, I would
most definitely like to stay again at the same place, i.e if it is
possible.
The best part was to see the Ironman triathlon athletes pass right by the house.It was fun to watch and cheer them the amazing folks who take part. For the purpose of record the winners for 2004 were:

Women-Nina Kraft GER 9:33:25
